Grant Reports and Requirements

In compliance with this grant, each grantee agrees to:

1. Initiate and complete all work outlined in the project description within the applicable time frame.
2. Tag PalmettoPride in all social media posts and media advertising associated with the grant project.
3. The applicant must participate in the litter enforcement related Zero Tolerance for Litter Campaign (ZT) held in June. 
4. The organization will submit a monthly ticketing report online by the 5th day of the month (Oct – Jul). 
5. The organization will provide PalmettoPride with a final summary and expenditures report by July 31. 

If the applicant fails to comply with these guidelines or fulfill the proposed grant obligations, the applicant will be required to reimburse PalmettoPride for grant expenditures, up to the total grant awarded and shall be ineligible for future grants until such a time when the organization has fulfilled all obligations.
